Scheduling Information & Payment

Let the Journey Begin

I’m old school and still hand write everything I possibly can, including my schedule. Here’s everything you need to know about scheduling, payments & more.

  • Review the website to glean insight into my work, this may give you an idea of what you’re looking to schedule, but don’t hesitate to ask if you still have questions!

  • Email me directly at or use the form on the Contact page, then wait for my reply. I do my best to reply promptly to urgent messages, non-urgent messages may take 1-2 work days for a response. I am in the office Monday-Friday. I am not available Saturdays & Sundays.

  • When I confirm your session I will ask you a series of questions and provide you with any instructions you may need for the session. Please send all relevant session information 1-2 days prior to the session, but not any sooner because it needs to be as current as possible.

  • You can make a secure online payment via Paypal by going to and send payment for “Services” to my email address (this is my account). Pre-payment is required for new clients only. Existing clients will receive an invoice via PayPal following the session. Please do not send a payment until your session has been confirmed, this includes new clients and Emergency sessions.

  • If you need to cancel I would love a 48 hour heads up so I can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior to the session will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

  • Your referrals are greatly appreciated! For each new client you refer who schedules a session you will receive a $30 credit towards a future session.

All consultations by The Holistic Being, LLC and Jessica Montañez are given strictly as guidance. All final decisions and actions made by a client are his or her sole responsibility. Services are not a replacement for routine and/or emergency medical or veterinary care.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jess for a few years now after learning about her skills from another dog person.  She has been extremely helpful regarding a number of health and wellness concerns with my Scottish Terriers, and I have worked with her on a personal level also.  Jess has also helped me immensely through her animal communication skills, both with dogs that are with me and with others that have left this world.

Some of the most intense work we have done together was working with my Scottish Terrier, Rose.  Rose was 10 when she was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease.  I opted to use an approach that included herbs, supplements, homeopathics and diet – which Jess guided me through. I followed her recommendations and checked in with Jess on a regular basis to tweak the remedies and the diet as needed. I was absolutely delighted with the results – Rose did extremely well on this path with Jess and got much better.  She had great quality of life and once again enjoyed her food, her walks and her life.  Sadly, Rose got liver cancer at about 11 and a half – and succumbed to that disease just a week before her 12th birthday.  I am so thankful that Jess helped us through those last years and still helps me communicate with Rose who spirit is not far away....

I turn to Jess on a regular basis to gain her wisdom and advice – I am so thankful that she is there and available to help guide both myself and my canine partners.

Jess truly lets the good spirits guide her...
