Jack & Stevie’s Favorite Cookies
Ingredients:

4 large carrots, grated

2 tbsp vegetable oil

¼ cup molasses
-
½ cup of your horse’s grain

1 cup oats
-
1 cup flour
-
1 tsp salt
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl mix together the carrots, oil, and molasses until combined.

Add the grain, oats, flour, and salt. Mix until you have a sticky dough consistency.

Form into small 1 inch size balls with your hands or use a cookie scoop. Place on a parchment or silicone mat lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and “done” just like a cookie.

Allow to cool and serve!
